How do I receive my eBook?
After successful payment, your download link is available in your order details and sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if the email is missing.
Will a physical book be shipped?
No. Clinical eBooks supplies digital PDF eBooks only.
How do I choose the correct edition?
Compare the title and edition on the product listing with your syllabus or required reading list. Check any volume or set details before buying.
Can I read my PDF on different devices?
A compatible PDF reader can open PDF files on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Search, highlighting, and annotation depend on the file and reader you use. Check the product details for any specific features.
Are publisher access codes included?
Do not assume an eBook includes access codes, online courses, question banks, or other companion resources. Only resources explicitly listed on the product page are included.
What if I entered the wrong email?
Contact us with your order number and the correct email address so we can verify the order and help restore access.
What if the file does not open or does not match my order?
Contact us promptly with your order number, product title, and a short description of the issue. Include any error message and the PDF reader you are using. Please do not email payment-card details.
